Artful Summer!

when art attacks

 I had a very creative and busy summer, I had fun. I could say, this is one of the best summer I had ! Thanks to our Humanities 1 subject and our teacher, we did a lot of artworks using different mediums. I know that I am not that very experience in traditional arts, and I know very well myself that I am only very experience to pencil or pen arts, and so I just discovered I am good with colors, harmony, lines, rhythm, texture, perspective, space and other elements of visual arts. I know myself that I was not that good in colors when I was in high school that is why most of my artworks are dark or monochrome, well yeah, I use pen or pencil. Then I thought “hey ,I am an artist, It’ll just flow out of me.”

I guess, understanding the color just came out of me, like it just flowed just like a river. I am so thankful also for our class, it reminded me of the principles of arts, I learned so many things. I think, one of the things that made me develop in using colors is exposure of different images like photos, artworks, what I see in nature and maybe also because of using photoshop. That really helped me!  I believe that anyone can draw and paint, It is either you had the talent or acquired skill. A very artful summer! Great adVIENture!
